Sami Connect operates in strict accordance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) Title 49, Parts 300-399. All recovery units undergo mandatory Level I inspections every 90 days. Drivers are certified under local state Tow Operator Licensing requirements, including background checks through the Department of Justice.
All Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) requested tows are categorized as Statutory Involuntary Impounds and follow strict chain-of-custody protocols.
