- Account information: name, phone number, email address, company affiliation, and role (customer, driver, dispatcher, or client admin).
- Service data: service ticket details, pickup/dropoff locations, vehicle information, and communication related to a service request.
- Payment information: processed securely through our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card or bank account numbers.
- Location data: driver location during active service dispatch, used solely to provide accurate ETAs and job routing.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Operate and provide the SamiConnect platform, including dispatching service requests and processing payments.
- Send transactional communications related to your service tickets, including SMS and email notifications (confirmations, ETA updates, status changes).
- Maintain records required for billing, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
SMS/Text Messaging
By providing your phone number during account registration or service request submission, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your service activity. Message frequency varies, typically 2-5 messages per active service request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time, or HELP for support. Mobile phone numbers and SMS/messaging consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., payment processing, SMS/email delivery, cloud hosting).
- The specific towing company or service provider you are transacting with, as necessary to fulfill your service request.
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law.
Data Retention
We retain account and service data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations.
