SamiConnect Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Program Description

SamiConnect is a B2B logistics platform for towing and roadside assistance companies. This program covers use of the SamiConnect platform, including transactional SMS notifications sent to registered customers, drivers, and dispatchers regarding service tickets (e.g., dispatch confirmations, ETA updates, job status changes).

2. Eligibility and Consent

By registering an account or submitting a service request through SamiConnect, you agree to these Terms and consent to receive SMS from SamiConnect for this transactional messaging program: dispatch confirmations, ETA updates, and job status changes for your service tickets. This consent is for those service messages, not for marketing or promotional texts.

3. SMS/Text Messaging

SamiConnect sends transactional SMS messages (booking confirmations, dispatch/ETA updates, payment status) to customers and drivers who opt in. Message frequency varies, typically 2-5 messages per active service request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, or contact support@samiconnect.com.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the platform, including submitting fraudulent service requests, interfering with platform operation, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payments

Payments processed through the platform are handled via Stripe. Service pricing is set by the individual towing company/service provider (or platform-set pricing where applicable) and disclosed prior to service completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

SamiConnect provides a technology platform connecting service providers and customers; it is not itself a towing or roadside assistance provider. SamiConnect is not liable for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of services performed by independent towing companies or drivers using the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

Towing, storage, impound, and lien procedures are governed by the applicable state and local law in the jurisdiction where the vehicle is towed or stored. Notice periods and release terms vary by state.
